I'm Jena, the CEO of NW Ledger.
Spreadsheet whisperer, tax strategist, deduction sleuth, and go-to for financial clarity.
Before founding NW Ledger, I spent more than 15 years working with the Gates Foundation, Pivotal Ventures, and small businesses. Those experiences reinforced my belief that lasting success - whether at a global or personal level - comes from clear goals, thoughtful planning, and strong foundations.
Today, I bring that perspective to my work as an IRS Enrolled Agent with an MBA and Master's in Accounting from Notre Dame. I founded NW Ledger in 2022 to build long-term relationships and provide clear, trusted guidance that helps people feel confident and in control of their financial decisions, whether they’re leading an organization, running a business, or planning for what’s next.

Halle is a Pacific Northwest native and a Washington State University graduate with a B.A. in Business Management. At NW Ledger, she’s responsible for client success, including guiding client communications and keeping things running smoothly throughout tax season. She’s excited to support clients, strengthen relationships, and grow with the firm.
Asha brings over 12 years of experience helping clients feel confident and at ease with their tax matters. After moving from Canada to the Pacific Northwest in 2006, she quickly fell in love with the region and considers it home. She joined the NW Ledger team in 2025 and supports clients with tax return preparation and advisory services.
